SEABREAM COVERD IN BEAUTIFUL HERBES


This dish is super easy to make and it`s very tasty. Seabream is a super heathy source of iron and omega 3 fatty acids. You will need about 15 minutes to prepare this dish.

Serves 2 people

INGREDIENTS

2 sea bream fillets

Hand full of parsley

Hand full of basil

Hand full of mint leaves

1tbs of capers

50 gr of olives

3 filets of anchovies (in tin)

1 teaspoon of chilli flakes

Zest of half lemon and juice

150 gr of bread crumbs

4 tbsp. of olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

METHODE

Preheat the oven to 220C.

Cut finely all the herbs and place them in a large bowl. Then cut olives, capers and anchovies into a small pieces and add them in a bowl. Add a lemon zest, juice and chilli flakes. And at the end add bread crumbs and mix until all is combined.

Place the fillets onto the parchment paper and season it with salt and pepper and with drizzle of olive oil.

Cover the fillets with the mixture and drizzle with olive oil.

Place the fish in preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
